Any individual persons, companies, organizations or entities found to be in violation of GET-A-SITE copyright entitlements will be persued through legal channels. |

All data that GET-A-SITE Internet Architects collects remains in the private records of our company. We do not use any "filters" or "e-mail address collectors" on any part of our company website. Any information transferred to GET-A-SITE officials by individuals or companies (either by e-mail, fax or postal) is used solely for the purposes of conducting business transactions between GET-A-SITE and that individual or that company. GET-A-SITE does keep a database of contacts, but those contacts are NEVER sold to any other party. They remain in the privacy of our company. |

GET-A-SITE Internet Architects is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and the WWW Chamber of Commerce, and for this reason, holds fast to the high standards of integrity in business for which this organization stands. GET-A-SITE has, unfortunately, had its copyright entitlements violated by the following entities. We have filed complaints with the BBB regarding these companies, and are persuing our copyright entitlements through proper legal channels. We feel, however, that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we have an obligation and a duty to inform the general public regarding the business practices of these entities. WWW.PROFACES.COM -- The animated images (excluding the photographs), and all HTML, DHTML, and other programming code, excluding the CGI shopping cart script, which presently reside on this domain are pirated copyrighted GET-A-SITE property. This company had GET-A-SITE design their website for them, then they lifted the material from our server, threatened us with a cease and desist order, and left us with an unpaid work order of almost $4000. This company has been reported by us to the Better Business Bureau and to both the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communication Commission. |
